| This class is an opportunity for the child to become aware of their bodies and explore the dance floor, silk and trapeze apparatus with the presence of their parents. All classes are taught over safety mats with hands on spotting. Our emphasis on Safety and Introduction of basic aerial vocabulary and movements allows the students to have loads of fun while learning body awareness and building self- confidence. |

| Only students with the appropriate skill level and maturity will be invited to participate in this class.
Students will work on various aerial apparatuses. They will be pushed to learn challenging tricks and begin to make their own choices of movement to
create performance quality work. Participants in this class may have the opportunity to perform at
community events to represent Samadhi Hawaii’s Aerial School. |

| Kids will get a terrific workout by climbing, hanging, and swinging on the aerial apparatuses as well as doing exercises on the balance balls, using the elastic bands , and light weights. |

| Practice, practice, practice! Use this time to review all the skills you have mastered. This class is for Tissu II and Trapeze II students and above. No new tricks will be taught during this class. The instructor is there for supervision only! |
